We were established in 1993 and we started producing the NC Rotary Table in 1996. In the beginning, we cooperated with the Industrial Technique Institute for Research in Taipei for developing the relative products and components. We are experienced in producing NC Rotary Table over 10 years. In this period, we have developed several models of NC Rotary Table and NC Indexing Table. We have very and highly evaluation from the same trades and our customers.

In 2005, we started to produce Double-Axes NC Rotary Table ( so called the forth axis ¡¥ the fifth axis ). We sell our products to the whole world and our products are affirmative by Europe and America countries. The process of the fifth axis is the direction in the future. The world advance countries for the sake of saving work time and the exaltation processes accuracy ( a many angles processes ) adopt in succession of it or add Double-Axes NC Rotary Table to the original CNC machine which with three axes.

No matter is : DD MOTOR or TOURQUE MOTOR, they have the advantages of high, speed, high accuracy, no backlash, and cleanliness. They are the trend of the machine spreads to move in the future. We are aggressive in developing the NC Rotary Table with the DD MOTOR and It can b the forth axis or the fifth axis of the CNC machine. This development is cooperative with PMC, and will display a Double-Axes NC Rotary Table at the ¡§ TIMTOS 2009 ¡§ Taipei International Machine Tool Show on March 2~7, 2009. This NC Rotary Table with Double-Axes is adopted : the DD MOTOR and Coder which are imported from Europe and match with the controller of HEIDENHAIN. It reserves the cooling off circuit and make the DD MOTOR to have the maximum torque outputs and bring the DD MOTOR special property into full play.

The NC Rotary Table with DD MOTOR which is on the market now, and all match with the controller of the original factory and it is to be the forth axis or the fifth axis. The level of the controlling technology is compare high level controller, for example : HEIDENHAIN, SIEMENS OR FANUC 31iM, MITSUBISHI M70, so the cost will be high. Because of the reasons above, we develop a model with the outside place type of controller which can connect with the original controller or the lower level CNC controller. It can make the requests of old CNC controller can connect with the DD MOTOR.

This controller can control the DD MOTOR to rotate any angles to 0.001¢X, and match with the nicety or middle level coder and the customer can choose the accuracy which is requested for example : ¡Ó5 Sec. , ¡Ó15 Sec. , and ¡Ó30 Sec. . For many angles and surfaces processing.

The DD MOTOR¡¦S characteristic : high speed, match with the suitable coder, and then choose a suitable, stable and less breaking down NC Rotary Table. The customer¡¦s controller just needs M-Code function which can use the DD MOTOR easily.

• Department: Built high precision machinery parts in Milling Machine, C.N.C. Tooling MachineKetc., that only supply to domestic machinery manufacturers.

• According on high precise work pieces marketing survey in September, pointed out the future machinery parts progression tended to C.N.C. Rotary Table. Hence, our company established a C.N.C. Rotary Table Research Department. Meanwhile, this department cooperated with Industrial Technology Research Institution of R.O.C. to develop relative products. Also, due to the quality of C.N.C. Index Table demand on accuracy and precision, therefore, a high precise 2D measuring system (TESA) had been purchased from Switzerland to solve this kind of problems.

• In January, completed research and started to produce products in Coupling Index Table Vertical type (CV3-320) and Horizontal type (CH-340). Also, developed the C.N.C. Rotary Table in diameter of 125mm (TD-125), 170mm (TD-170) and 320mm (TD-320)
• In March, presented products to TIMTOS 1997, Taipei International Machine Tool Show.
• In October, research department decided to use the European made PBC (Phosphor Bronze Alloy) Worm Set (Worm Wheel and Worm Shaft) instead of M.I.T. Worm Set is each model, this increased the hardness and tensile strength which overcame the teeth worn out, i.e. Lifetime extended and good quality in accuracy.
• In November, developed Coupling Index Table with in diameter 200mm(CH2-200), 300mm(CH2-300), 450mm(CH2-450), 600mm(CH2-600) & 470mm(CH3-470)

• In March, presented products to TIMTOS 1999, Taipei International Machine Tool Show.
• In May, use Double-Lead Worm Sets that made in England , and it is installed in TD series products. In August, start to produce TD-400, CH3-600.

• In March, completed research and started to produce in RAPC-1000 Rotary-Plate Changer, also sell to Japan .
• In June, started to sell CV3-255.

• In January, company research and started to produce in HIC-2000 Hydraulic Index Table.
• In March, presented products to TIMTOS 2005, Taipei International Machine Tool Show, also plan to take part in The 7th China Int., Machine Tool Show, and Thai Metalex 2001 Show, also devoted to export trade.
